Refund Policy

We want every customer to be satisfied. If you're not, we'll work to make it right.

Eligibility

Refunds may be requested within 14 days of initial purchase for monthly subscriptions, and within 30 days for annual subscriptions, provided the service has not been substantially used.

How to request

Email support@cortexprime.co with your account email and reason. We respond within two business days.

Non-refundable items

Custom development engagements, onboarding services, and usage-based fees already consumed are non-refundable.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
